By when do I have to place my order so that the goods arrive on my desired date?
We specify the delivery time when we submit the offer, and this is communicated again in the order confirmation.
We guarantee our customers punctual delivery by individual arrangement. This presupposes that the orders, including the respective print files, are placed as early as possible. Appropriate quality control by our employees ensures that no delivery is made without prior inspection. A specific agreement between the customer and us is absolutely essential.
Delivery time approx. 120 days
The order period for the mulled wine cups runs from January to April each year. Orders are no longer accepted from May onwards.
